This Vendor Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all sellers and service providers onboarding on QuickPlant.
By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with the following guidelines.
Vendor Eligibility
Nurseries & Product Sellers
- Must supply healthy, good-quality plants or garden products
- Accurate product details, pricing, and images required
- Legal right to sell listed products
Gardeners / Service Providers
- Minimum 2 years of plant care or gardening experience
- Willingness to follow QuickPlant service standards
- Professional behaviour at customer locations
Onboarding & Approval
- Vendor registration does not guarantee approval
- QuickPlant manually reviews all vendor applications
- Approval may require additional verification or training
- First order may be treated as a trial order
QuickPlant reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor without obligation to disclose internal reasons.
Product & Service Standards
Product Vendors
- Real, clear plant photos mandatory
- Healthy plants only — no damaged or unhealthy stock
- Proper packaging to avoid transit damage
- Accurate stock availability
Service Vendors
- Perform services as confirmed
- Follow safety, hygiene, and eco-friendly practices
- Respect customer property and instructions
Orders, Fulfilment & Communication
- Vendors must accept and process orders promptly
- Delays or issues must be communicated immediately
- Repeated order failures may lead to suspension
- Misleading information or false claims are strictly prohibited
5️⃣ Commission & Payouts
- Platform commission applies as per agreement
- Commission rates may vary for products and services
- Payouts are processed after order or service completion
- Payment cycles and methods are communicated separately
Prohibited Activities
Vendors must NOT:
- Upload misleading or fake product images
- Deliver unhealthy plants knowingly
- Contact customers outside platform for bypassing commission
- Misuse customer data
- Use abusive, unprofessional, or unethical behaviour
Suspension & Termination
QuickPlant may suspend or terminate vendor accounts in cases of:
- Quality violations
- Repeated customer complaints
- Policy misuse or fraud
- Failure to follow platform rules
Suspension or termination decisions are final.
Platform Rights
QuickPlant reserves the right to:
- Modify commission structures or policies
- Update vendor guidelines as required
- Pause onboarding or restrict vendor categories
- Remove any product or service listing
QuickPlant Gardener Partner Policy (Service Experts)
QuickPlant ke saath as a Professional Gardener judne ke liye aapko niche diye gaye rules aur standards ko follow karna zaroori hai. Ye rules hamare customers ko ek trustable aur high-quality service dene ke liye banaye gaye hain.
1. Expert Onboarding & Verification
- Background Check: Har gardener ka ID proof aur address verification zaroori hai.
- Skill Audit: Aapko indoor plants, seasonal flowers, aur soil nutrition ki basic knowledge honi chahiye.
- QuickPlant ID: Service ke waqt aapko QuickPlant ka digital ya physical ID carry karna hoga taaki customer aap par trust kar sake.
2. Service Protocol (Amelia Booking System)
- Punctuality: Jo slot customer ne book kiya hai, us par sahi samay par pahunchna anivarya hai.
- Professional Behavior: Customer ke ghar ya office mein tameez aur discipline se kaam karna hoga.
- Dress Code: Saaf-suthre kapde aur agar provide kiya jaye toh QuickPlant apron/t-shirt pehenna zaroori hai.
3. Tools & Organic Standards
- Essential Kit: Gardener ke paas apne khud ke professional tools (Cutter, Trowel, Pruner) hone chahiye.
- Organic Only: QuickPlant sirf organic fertilizers aur pesticides ko promote karta hai. Kisi bhi toxic chemical ka use bina permission ke mana hai.
- Cleanliness: Kaam khatam hone ke baad jagah ko saaf karna gardener ki zimmedari hai.
4. Booking & Earnings
- Slot Acceptance: Aapko apne dashboard par available slots ko update rakhna hoga taaki customer book kar sake.
- Payouts: Aapki service fee ka payment 48 hours ke baad aapke registered bank account ya wallet mein bhej diya jayega.
- No Direct Dealing: Customer se direct cash maangna ya platform ke bahar service dena sakht mana hai. Aisa karne par account block kar diya jayega.
5. Quality Assurance & Plant Doctor Support
- Plant Health: Agar kisi plant ki halat kharab hai, toh aapko turant use “Plant Doctor” (Rita Agrawal) ko report karna chahiye.
- Feedback System: Har service ke baad customer rating dega. Low rating hone par aapko training session attend karna pad sakta hai.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Advance Notice: Agar aap kisi wajah se nahi ja sakte, toh kam se kam 2 ghante pehle admin ko inform karna hoga.
- Emergency: Emergency ke case mein turant WhatsApp support par message karein.
Gardener Support:
Agar aapko booking ya payment mein koi dikkat ho, toh turant hamare Gardener Helpline (WhatsApp) par sampark karein.
